Sri Phala Resort & Villa - Sanur (Bali)

Would recommend for a momentary visit

Charming resort, lovely staff, with a comfortable room that included a fridge and kettle for added convenience, and an excellent breakfast with a la carte options.

appreciated the location directly to the beach. the service was good, we had a bountiful breakfast with warm dishes and the same food served everyday from leftovers. we had a really good time here and would definitely go back.

Had 8 nights in Sanur, spending my time here lovely. I appreciated the impeccably clean room and 2 single beds. The folks working here were super friendly;))

The dirty bathtub was a major turn off, and it's clear the staff at the restaurant are just kids having fun instead of providing service. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but apparently that's too much to ask. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't, honestly. Cringe-worthy experiences abound.

Rooms enormous but not enough sun loungers to go round. You need to be up by 8 to get one! Also, restaurants are a taxi ride away but this is really cheap so not really a problem. Very good value hotel

bed linen is not very snow-white(but always clean). bathroom equipment is out of date( some times bath was leaky)

Sri Phala Resort & Villa offered a lovely home-like atmosphere with spacious rooms and beautiful balconies overlooking lush gardens. The comfortable beds were a highlight. The attentive staff consistently provided excellent service, from the front desk to the restaurant, which served delicious breakfast and meals. The inviting swimming pools were perfect for relaxation after a long day.

Everything was simply excellent. The hotel was quiet and absolutely great with amicable personnel on night shift. The location was particularly good and handy, right next to Le Mayeur Museum. It was located in a good area adjacent to the Thai consulate and awesome Japanese restaurant, a right place for me.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Resort was charming and had a real Balinese feel. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of a secluded hotel. Onsite restaurant had great food and excellent service in a lovely setting. Rooms were of excellent size.

Rooms smelt a little musty, but probably due to the climate. Bathrooms are a little dated and when showering, couldn't contain water to the bathtub.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi connection in our Superior Room was really unreliable.

toilet didn't flush properly, although fixed when mentioned to staff, no fly wire on bathroom window so had lots of mozzies

When we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us warmly and the best part was the upgrade to 2 room Villa with pool! The villa was authentic Balinese style, clean and comfy. The private pool with jacuzzi was a big hit, and Sanur beach was only a short walk away. On the whole a very good stay, which my family truly enjoyed.

The honest truth about this

The pools were good and well-placed, allowing poolside service. Breakfast was a standout, offering a great selection, and the staff shined in their friendliness and attentiveness.

Some maintenance issues were evident, like dim lighting and cleanliness in specific areas. Noise could be bothersome due to lack of soundproofing in rooms.

Close to the see but not a beach hotel.

It's a basic hotel with a very small pool and simple breakfast. Don't expect much of the hotel and facilities.The hotel is a bit far from the town center, though (meter)taxi brings you everywhere.

Large, clean room with good and silent air conditioning. New towels every day. Nice clean swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet location. Many small restaurants near by.

Distance to the beach is a bit large. No Deutsche Welle TV reception provided. No confirmation of our booking was sent by the hotel. We had to inquire by phone.
